Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material has been removed due to a copyright claim, you can submit a counter notification to request its restoration. Your notification must include:
- Your signature, whether physical or electronic.
- Description of the removed material and its original location.
- A statement swearing under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction for legal purposes.

Repeat Infringer Policy
